- Never duplicated overheating issue. Pressure tested system and found no leaks. Based on coolant being full, customer symptoms and no leaking during pressure testing, suggested to customer we could start with replacing the thermostat. Replaced thermostat as part of housing. Vehicle is running fine, no overheating and no temperature light.
- Would recommend starting with heater core flush for heating issue. Most likely a plugged or restricted heater core is causing the issue.
- THERMOSTAT and /OR GASKET – Remove and Replace – Assembly (Complete)
