- customer had vehicle at another shop for check engine light being on and it kind of lagging when driving. Shop found that there is a crack in exhaust right in front of the oxygen sensor which is creating a oxygen sensor malfunction.
- Shop recommended to replace spark plugs and wires due to miles on vehicle for maintenance.
- Tech found no codes in system, the vehicle is idling a little rough. The spark plugs and spark plugs wires look to be original. Tech recommends to replace spark plugs and spark plugs wires. Tech replaced spark plug and spark plug wires as needed. Vehicle does not have a rough idle anymore.
- Tech found vehicle had a big gap in exhaust pipe, looks like someone tried fixing it with exhaust putty. Tech recommends to do a weld repair to exhaust. Tech repaired exhaust as needed.
- Tech found check engine light on P2096-downstream fuel trim system 1 lean bank 1 sensor 2 Tech recommends to replace downstream oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2. Tech replaced oxygen sensor as needed and cleared codes.
