- Battery is testing good at this time. Vehicle has new upper control arms and lower ball joints Parking brake cables appear to be new but is out of adjustment Front brake pads and rotors appear to be new, but not lubricated. Rear brake pads and rotors appear to be new, but not lubricated. Tech found paint chipping on bolts to front end which indicates front end could off possibly been off at one point. Fluids and filters check out good at this time.
