HVAC DOOR ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace – Recirculation
Tech found a/c system is low on Freon. Tech recovered .40lbs from system, a/c system holds 1.62lbs. Tech recharged a/c system to correct specification and installed tracer dye. A/c is operating like it needs to and blowing cold air at this time. Not seeing any obvious signs of A/c leaks.

Tech found A/c system is low on Freon. Tech recovered 0.145lbs of Freon. System holds 1.35lbs. Tech recharged system to correct specifications and installed tracer dye. Not seeing any visual signs of Freon leaks at this time. System is cooling down like it should at this time. Recommend driving vehicle for 1-2 weeks then coming back in for re-inspection to verify any signs of Freon leaks.
Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with R-134. Test system performance.
Front right front Strut is making noise when turning steering wheel. Recommend replacing both front strut assemblies.

Tech found left front hub is making noise. Tech recommends left front 4wd hub assembly, hoses and check other components in area during this repair to see if anything else needs attention.
