  • customer had vehicle at another shop for check engine light being on and it kind of lagging when driving. Shop found that there is a crack in exhaust right in front of the oxygen sensor which is creating a oxygen sensor malfunction.
  • Shop recommended to replace spark plugs and wires due to miles on vehicle for maintenance.
  • Tech found no codes in system, the vehicle is idling a little rough. The spark plugs and spark plugs wires look to be original. Tech recommends to replace spark plugs and spark plugs wires. Tech replaced spark plug and spark plug wires as needed. Vehicle does not have a rough idle anymore.
  • Tech found vehicle had a big gap in exhaust pipe, looks like someone tried fixing it with exhaust putty. Tech recommends to do a weld repair to exhaust. Tech repaired exhaust as needed.
  • Tech found check engine light on P2096-downstream fuel trim system 1 lean bank 1 sensor 2 Tech recommends to replace downstream oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor 2. Tech replaced oxygen sensor as needed and cleared codes.

  • Customer came in with grinding noise and Traction light. Found the brakes were making noise and ABS was engaging because the left rear axle bearing failed. The damaged bearing sent metal debris through the rear end. Replaced whole rear axle assembly with a used rear axle assembly. Sealed the cover when installing gear oil. Installed a used unit at warranty company request.

  • Inspection found battery is bad had to jump start vehicle, cooling system was one gallon low added coolant and verified cooling fan operation. A/C system has no freon, front tires are bad, left front has cords showing. Check engine light is on, tire light is on, has some oil leaks, has pug on front that probably goes to air temp sensor.

  • Inspection found there was oil and transmission fluid leaks. Found the transmission fluid is leaking from the transmission pan and the seal between the transfer case and transmission. Found oil was leaking from the valve cover gaskets and intake gaskets. Engine was soaked in oil. Knew for sure of these two leaks. Needed to address theses leaks then clean up.
  • Found the front brakes are the cause of vibration. Would need new rotors to address the brake vibration. Would install new pads when doing new rotors.
  • Replaced intake manifold gaskets. Cleaned up oil leaks.
  • Replaced both valve cover gaskets for oil leak.
  • Replaced transmission filter kit.
  • Replaced seal between transmission and transfer case.
