Services Performed
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle.
- Found the heat was weak on both sides, but especially the driver side. Recommended a heater core flush for the heat issue. Also noticed the engine was taking longer than normal to get to operating temperature, recommended thermostat for this issue. —- Replaced thermostat and flushed heater core as needed. Vehicle vent temperature is getting to 136 degrees on the driver side and 153 degrees on the passenger side. Engine is getting to operating temperature 10 minutes faster than before.
- THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – V8
- Heater Core Flush
- Had one code in PCM, P0562-Battery/System Voltage Low. This code would be related to a defective battery. — Cleared code after replacing battery.
- Battery test confirmed the battery was bad. Replaced battery as needed.
