Tech found a/c compressor clutch does not engage. TEch recommends to replace compressor, a/c condensor, along with receiver drier.
Tech replaced A/c compressor. Vehicle is blowing out ice cold air.

Tech replaced receiver drier as needed.
Tech replaced a/c condensor as needed. Charged system back to correct specifications and installed tracer dye as needed.

Check engine light is on P0440-Evap system failure. Tech is not noticing any signs of miss fires at this time, and scanner is not picking up any miss fires at this time. Tech preformed evap test and found purge valve is bad. Tech recommends to start by replacing purge valve, then recheck for any additional concerns.
PURGE CONTROL SOLENOID – Remove & Replace – Gas
Remove wheels from vehicle. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.

Right front wheel bearing is bad. Tech recommends to start by replacing right front wheel bearing, then recheck for any additional bearing noise.
Tech replaced right front hub assembly as needed. Bearing noise is gone at this time.

Two different draw tests found no electrical draw at the moment. Could possibly have an intermittent draw. Battery is testing bad, two years old and a Walmart battery. Recommended replacing the battery with a different brand battery and monitoring. —- Replaced battery as customer requested. Battery and alternator is testing good right now. Still no signs of electrical draw.

Replacing timing cover for fluid leak.
Tech heard rear brake caliper slide pins are rattling. Tech recommends to take calipers off and lube the slide pins to see if noise goes away. Tech took off brake calipers and lubed slide pins. Noise is 90% gone. To help with rest of the noise tech would recommend new brake pads and pad plates on rear axle.
P0456-Evap small leak. Replaced gas cap and cleared codes to start off with. If light comes back on and same code is in module recommend diagnostic testing.
Tech found timing cover is cracked and leaking. Tech recommends to replace timing cover. Tech replaced timing cover as needed (customer supplied timing cover)

Replaced rear brake pads. Inspect condition and thickness of rear brake rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle.
