    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Front (1mm) Rear (2mm) Front rotors were warped and causing vibration.
    • Replaced front brake pads and front brake rotors as needed. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.
    • Replaced rear brake pads. Inspect condition and thickness of rear brake rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Road test vehicle.

    • Going about 20-35mph front right there is a rattle noise customer is hearing.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle.
    • Tech performed a drain and fill on vehicle as needed. Transmission fluid was so dark that tech had to drain a fill 4 times. Tech found customer concern is still there. Tech recommends to have customer drive it for a couple weeks to see if conditions change.
    • Tech found sway bar links making some noise. Tech recommends to replace both front sway bar links. Tech replaced both front sway bar links as needed.
