    • Tech found left front tire is chopped making some noise. Tech recommends to start by replacing left front tire and rechecking for any additional noise. Suspension looks good.
    • Tech mounted and balance left front tire as needed. Noise is gone at this time.

    • Found the passenger side washer nozzle was broken. Noticed blue washer fluid all over the engine and then saw the nozzle. Replaced washer nozzle on passenger side and washer nozzle are working the way they should now.
    • Inspection found the valve cover leaking oil. Plugs and coils were soaked in oil. There was enough oil in the spark plug wells you could not see the spark plugs. Recommended replacing valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, coils and cleaning out all the oil.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle.
    • Replaced plugs, coils, valve cover gasket and cleaned oil out of plug wells. Cleaned up old oil at car wash as well.
    • Vehicle has an ignition issue most likely. Car will start as long as you press inward on the ignition while turning the key. To determine the issue we would need to further diagnose, which could include taking apart ignition components/steering column.

    • Never duplicated overheating issue. Pressure tested system and found no leaks. Based on coolant being full, customer symptoms and no leaking during pressure testing, suggested to customer we could start with replacing the thermostat. Replaced thermostat as part of housing. Vehicle is running fine, no overheating and no temperature light.
    • Would recommend starting with heater core flush for heating issue. Most likely a plugged or restricted heater core is causing the issue.
    • THERMOSTAT and /OR GASKET – Remove and Replace – Assembly (Complete)

    • Inspection found the valve cover gaskets were leaking oil. Confirmed they were leaking after cleaning up the engine. Looked like the timing cover has some seepage too. Replaced valve cover gaskets and cleaned up oil after job. Will need to monitor the rest of the block going forward.
    • VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove and Replace – V6,AWD Both Sides.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle.

    • Tech checked oil level. Customer is 1 quart low on oil. Not seeing any visible leaks. Customer has only been 1,798 miles since they last checked the oil level themselves on NOV 25th 2019 at 243,266. Tech topped off oil today as needed.

    • P0301-Cylinder #1 miss fire P0308-cylinder #8 miss fire Tech found spark plugs are in rough shape, before we can further diagnosis vehicle tech recommends to start by replacing spark plugs and rechecking.
    • Tech replaced spark plugs as needed. Test drove vehicle several miles. No codes, not feeling any miss fires, and not seeing any miss fires on scanner at this time.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Road test vehicle.
